Rhubarb Raspberry Smoothie

Rhubarb Raspberry Smoothie: Now this cup was incredibly refreshing and jam packed with healthy goodness.


  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of greens {kale and romaine were used from my weekly delivery}
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Lots of cinnamon
  • Tsp vanilla extract
  • Option: 1 Tsp maca powder, 1 Tsp bees pollen, protein powder of your choice

Method: Add ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

This makes a big batch so that you can enjoy some later. Store in a mason jar, make sure it's air tight and grab this for some fast food on-the-go!
