Lemon Avo Zinger Smoothie

Another green smoothie comin' at ya! Yes, I am officially back on the GREENS train. Roman's little tummy seems to be able to handling them now and I am beyond  thrilled to be able to throw a green smoothie and salad back into the daily routine.


So here is the LEMON AVO ZINGER green smoothie.

It's the perfect mix of velvety smooth texture and zingy flavour, I know you will love it!

This makes enough for about 4 cups of smoothie. Enough to share with the fam or store in mason jars and keep up to 2 days in the fridge. Enjoy! 


  • 2 avocados
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4-5 cups water {depending on your desired consistency}
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 big handfuls of greens
  • 2 scoops of protein powder {I used Manitoba Harvest Hemp Protein}
  • Optional: 2 drops Young LivingLemonEssential Oil

Add all of your ingredients to your blender, blend on high for 1-2 minutes then enjoy!

PS if you have lots of extras feel free to make some popsicles out of them! It's a great way to repurpose your leftover smoothie and have a sweet snack for later.
