Berry Blaster Smoothie

I am so excited to share some more delicious smoothie inspiration that I hope you will fill your cup with this week.

By now you know just how deep my love affair with blended and juiced drinks are and if you need a friendly reminder about just how wonderful these bevy's are for your health - read THIS.

This beautiful berry-liciousness is packed with lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and protein that will curb cravings to give you lasting energy, support a healthy immune system and promote radiant skin.


  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/2 organic cucumber
  • 2 big handfuls of greens {I used some romaine and a mix of other greens that I had on hand}
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Protein
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • option: 1/2 Tsp. bees pollen {this can be an acquired taste but the benefits of bees pollen is UNBELIEVABLE - this is truly a superfood. to know more about it read THIS}


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately OR store in an air tight jar {I love mason jars} and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

I have to be honest, I rarely measure my ingredients when it comes to smoothies. I throw some of my favourite ingredients in my blender and often create more than enough for two or even three servings. All the above amounts are approximate so feel free to play around with them to reach your desired consistency and flavour.

I am busy packing as we get ready to leave for a getaway to Switzerland. I am over the moon excited as we will not only be surrounded by breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, but we will be in great company with friends who we haven't seen for almost 2 years!
