4 ingredient raw slaw
This recipe inspiration is coming your way in the hopes of amping up your health but decreasing your time spent in the kitchen.
This RAW SLAW is incredibly nutritious.
It is so easy to make and you only need four ingredients (minus the dressing of your choice).
My plan of attack is to shop, wash and chop on the weekend so that I have it ready to go, in the fridge for the rest of the week.
Depending on the number of mouths you are feeding, and how often you are planning on eating this throughout the week, feel free to play around with the amounts.
- Half of a medium sized red cabbage
- Half of a medium sized green cabbage
- 4 carrots
- Small head of broccoli
- Wash and chop all ingredients into smallish bite size pieces.
- Store in a glass container and keep in the fridge.
- Add dressing and combine well before serving.

Another superfood addition to this slaw would be hemp seeds. One of my fav quick go-to's for protein and healthy fat.
Today is also a special day because I am half way through my pregnancy! I have hit the 20 week mark, which seems so crazy! a bump is officially starting to show and I really do feel great.
However, I am excited for my chiropractic appointment on Friday. I will start to include a few blog posts on my progress and my approach to what will hopefully be a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy.
